Valentine's Day Wine Dinner
Tuesday, February 14, 2023  - 6pm Welcome / 6:30pm Dinner

 

Love is in the air!  Celebrate Valentine's Day with romantic 4-course dinner at Bigsby's, crafted by the talented members of our kitchen team lead by Executive Chef Matt Heikkila and Sous Chef Brian Smith.  Take home a custom-labeled, souvenir bottle of Rosé or our Red Wine Blend with your photo for +$49.  A great way to remember you special night!

Please alert us to allergies, dietary restrictions, and seating preferences in that same questionnaire. This dinner is completely gluten-free.

Winemaker's Enhancement:
Two additional, 3oz pours, that will complement the selected pairings and accentuate your sensory experience. Our knowledgable staff will guide you through the side-by-side complement to the main Bigsby's Folly pairings.

$99 Per Person includes welcome beverage and a four-course (food/beverage) pairing dinner.  6pm Welcome.  6:30pm Dinner.  Add the Winemaker Enhancement for +$16

Honey Smoked Salmon / arugula pesto, candied pumpkin seed, lemon oil, micro bulls blood / GF

Surf & Turf / herb roast tenderloin, balsamic roast asparagus, whipped potato, lobster beurre blanc / GF

Wine Pairing:  The Rock Drill   Enhancement:  Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

FORTH COURSE

Passionfruit Cheesecake / champagne sabayon, strawberry foam, macadamia croquant / GF
