Policy Notes
Food and beverage minimums apply and may vary depending on the number of guests, space requested, day of the week and time of year. Please email events@bigsbysfolly.com with available details to request a quote.
Pricing does not include 8% sales tax or gratuity/service which will be added at conclusion of event.
Any alterations or additions to existing decor must be approved.
All events must conclude by 11pm Friday and Saturday and by 10pm Sunday-Thursday unless otherwise negotiated.
Day of event planner or point-of-contact is required.
We encourage live music and DJs, but noise and content restrictions do apply.
Beverage Service
Bigsby's Folly will provide all beverages consumed at our venue. Our unique liquor license allows us to manufacture and sell our own wine in addition to all other alcholic beverages, including imported wine selections, beer and spirits. We will work with you to customize a beverage menu and service plan that suits your vision and budget.
Beverage plan options include HOST BAR where guests order from our full array of wine, beer & spirits, LIMITED HOST BAR, where guests order from a selection of wine, beer and spirits that have been pre-selected by the host, CASH BAR, where guests pay for their own drinks or one of our BAR PACKAGES outlined below.
Our BAR PACKAGES* include your choice of three classic, Bigsby's Folly wines, Mimosas & Bloodys can be added to any package for $2/person. Reserve list wines may also be added for an additional cost.

Catering
At Bigsby's Folly, every event is customized and we will attend to the details that will make your celebration something extraordianry. Our menu options feature unique, yet familiar American flavors and include choices that will appeal to every one of your guests. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options as well as the requirements of many common culinary lifestyles can be met by our talented kitchen team.
For additonal catering needs, we will work with you to collaborate with one of our preferred catering partners that are familiar with our facility and specialize in off-premise services. Together, we can design a menu that will wow family, friends and colleagues.
Our beautifully restored building which dates back to 1886 will serve as the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Bigsby’s Folly will delight guests with its 30 ft. exposed timber ceilings, original brick walls and abundance of natural light. Our versatile space can accommodate groups from 20 to 300 guests. Let us make your wedding, private celebration, corporate, social or philanthropic event an unforgettable experience.

Venue Buyout Rates
The venue buyout is based on a 6-hour block which includes time for set-up and tear-down. All vendors must deliver within the alloted time. Additional hours may be purchased.
An additional $950 service charge will be added for wedding ceremonies that take place on site to cover additional time and staffing requirements.
We require 50% of the facility rental fee and a $500 security deposit with a signed rental agreement and contract to secure your event date

Venue is also available for small groups from 20-50+ guests and during non-business hours. Ask about special rates and minimum food and beverage purchase to reserve space.
