Spring is in the air and our Executive Chef Brian Smith has curated a unique pairing menu to highlight the flavors of this season.

Optional Winemaker's Enhancement:
Get additional 3oz pours of our 2014 (10-year old) Library & 2017 Pre-Release Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon to create a side-by-side, vertical tasting with our current release 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon. Add $19.
